Return & Cancellation Policy
At Clevain, quality is paramount, just like attentive service. If an order does not fully meet your expectations, you may make use of our return and cancellation policy as described below.
Return policy
Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
Conditions for returns
We ask that you handle the items with care. To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Only tried on
- In original condition
- Provided with all original labels and tags
- Returned in the original packaging, where possible
If a return shipment does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.
International return processing
Clevain is a French brand, but all returns are processed at our international return center in Asia.
This specialized warehouse enables us to:
- Carefully inspect returned products
- Give suitable items a second life
- Handle logistics and waste more consciously
Due to this international processing, return costs may be higher than for local returns. These costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
How do you return an order?
To ensure the return process runs as smoothly as possible, we ask you to:
1. Register your return within 14 days of receipt via info@clevain.com
2. Wait for the return instructions, which you will receive by email
3. Carefully package the item
4. Send the package to the specified return address in Asia
We recommend sending your return shipment with track & trace. Clevain cannot accept responsibility for return shipments that are lost during transport.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return shipment in good condition, the purchase amount (excluding shipping and return costs) will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method
Cancellation of orders
Free cancellation
We understand that you may change your mind. Orders can therefore be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided that processing has not yet started.
Cancellation after 24 hours
Cancellations requested after this period may incur cancellation and processing fees.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled in accordance with our return policy, and return costs will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions
In some cases, returns are not possible. This applies, among others, to:
- Personalized products
- Hygienic items where the seal has been broken
